Come and join this super friendly menopause yoga fitness class.
This is a unique menopause fitness class designed to give you everything you need.
This class is broken down into HIIT for cardio vascular fitness,  weight resistance for muscle building, yoga for suppleness and finishing with pelvic floor exercises.
