Take the opportunity to reconnect with yourself in this beautiful Peak District haven.
Gradbach is set among some of the Peak District’s most beautiful scenery and hugging the banks of the River Dane, and is rich in history and heritage.
Home to a silk spinning mill in the 1700s and later becoming a popular place to stay, the 13-bedroom former Mill has been lovingly refurbished to provide groups or individual guests with comfortable accommodation, delicious food and outdoor facilities.
This is a fully catered retreat and has a bar to purchase drinks.
Your own alcohol is allowed in your rooms.
On this retreat you can do as much or as little as you like, there are lots of areas where you can find a little peace and quiet to reconnect with yourself or you can join in the activities.
I will be bringing you:
- Two sessions of yoga every day.
- Dru Yoga
- Relaxing Yoga Nidra
- Restorative Yin Yoga
- Outdoor Meditation (weather permitting)
- Art for mindfulness
I really don’t want anyone to be disappointed but places are limited so bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
Non refundable deposits of £150 are required asap to secure your booking.
Please also make sure you take out holiday insure to cover you in case Covid or any other illness prevents you from attending the retreat as refunds can not be given.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations: Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. The cancellation policy is designed to be as compassionate as possible in case your travel plans change, but I urge you to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself further.
If you cancel the retreat:
60 days or more to the start of the retreat, you receive 100% credit of your prepaid remittance toward another Orange Blossom Wellbeing Retreat within 12 months
31-60 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive 50% credit of your prepaid remittance toward another Orange Blossom Wellbeing Retreat within 12 months
0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refunds or credits will be given. To cancel please email stating your wish to cancel.
If Orange Blossom Wellbeing cancels the retreat:
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled due to family issues, health concerns or two few participants, I will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. I cannot compensate for air fare or travel costs incurred. To cover these, I strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
Insurance
As it is a short-term holiday it is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance for sickness, cancellations, loss/damage/ to property.
Balance due 6 weeks before retreat start
Limitation of Liability – Orange Blossom Wellbeing
In the unlikely event of injury, illness or theft or disruption to program Orange Blossom Wellbeing is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any injury or illness sustained during the retreat. Please check with your GP that you are well enough to attend the retreat for Yoga activities and walking (retreats are aimed at beginners with some experience and experienced practitioners) but if you are unsure it is best to check. Non-disclosure of relevant information can invalidate your insurance and cancel my contractual obligation to you.
Orange Blossom Yoga does not accept any liability for: cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, weather or other events beyond our control
Cancellation policy is firm. Payment to Orange Blossom Wellbeing indicates agreement with the conditions above.
