We have all been through an awful lot lately.
Throughout the pandemic my husband has been ill and needed regular treatment and blood transfusions from you all at the NHS.
We have seen the way you treat people, in very difficult circumstances, but no matter how difficult things got for you, you always managed a smile and kind words of comfort.
You may not wear capes anymore, or wear your pants on the outside, but you are the very definition of HEROES!
I'm bringing these Wellbeing Classes to you as my way of saying thank you.
There is a saying in yoga that "You can't pour from an empty cup" so this is my offering to you to help you rest and restore your energy and refill that cup.
My heartfelt thanks go out to you. x

Each 1hr Zoom Wellbeing Class will include:
- Breathing Practice for you to use in any situation to help you find calm.
- A Mantra (Positive Quote) to be repeated throughout your day to increase your positivity and resilience.
- A structured yoga session to help reduce the tension being held in the body improve back health.
- Relaxation to help you fully relax and recharge your system.
- Wellbeing classes will be Live every Tuesday morning 08.00-09.00am, a link to the recording will also be available if you can't make that time.
